The
beauty of the natural world in and around the hills of western
New England predominates in the photographic artistry of Norma
Donelson. The magnificent Berkshire Hills of northwestern
Massachusetts and Green Mountains of southern Vermont are the
backdrop for quiet villages with picturesque commons and
spectacular country gardens. This scenic, but often missed,
part of New England is beautifully captured on a series of
postcards, note cards, and limited edition prints.

About The Artist
Born on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Norma Murrant
Donelson was exposed to natural beauty and photography early
in her life. Those familiar with Cape Breton know that it has
been named one of the most beautiful islands in the world. It
was there, that a ten year old Norma and her Brownie camera
traveled with her father to record all important local news
events. That early interest has not been lost. She
has recently switched from a Nikon N90, and a Nikon F5 to a
digital Nikon - the D2H . Now residing in Naples, Florida
with her husband, Brian, she hopes to photograph shore and
land birds plus the other beauty that Florida has to offer.
